First proposal of a residence with 5 bedrooms, large living room with high ceilings and integrated with the external environment. The land overlooks the lake from the condo and has a large green area in back. The integration of the facade of the front and back with the outdoors and cross ventilation are two important topics developed in this project.

For this house was set a side panel that follows coated stone across the facade. Some tears in it were created, one was done in a home garden access, both as service access to the stairs to the rooms. This access allows the stairs to open all your frames and make this part of the garden indoors.
