Residence located in an area with large green area to the funds and overlooking the lake from the condo. The two living rooms with high ceilings represent the volume glass and protected by louvers, which will provide solar protection to the interior of the room and pergola in front of funds. Still on the ground floor space was developed integrated with gourmet dining, and being outdoors.
The second floor has a mezzanine with office and be intimate with a lake view. The three suites are interconnected by a side balcony, which uses as the sill panel coated wood coming from the first floor. The closing frames of the rooms are done with sliding shutters, which brings great flexibility to this facade.
The balance of the house was done by combining the smooth plaster white or color, and textures of wood and can even be replaced by another jacket, this would not undermine the volumetric composition.
