For this house was set a side panel that follows coated stone across the facade. Some tears in it were created, one was done in a home garden access, both as service access to the stairs to the rooms. This access allows the stairs to open all your frames and make this part of the garden indoors. The services sector was centered around this garden and the kitchen is integrated with the living room and dining room. Part of the funds of the land created a leisure area with swimming pool and barbecue, and can also integrate with the internal rooms of the house. A wooden pergola protects this area.
The residence has 4 large suites, one downstairs and three upstairs, which has access to a great terrace overlooking the lake condominium and a gas fireplace + 2 vacancies covered.
